I worked with a CEO, who in initial years was very much receptive to problems in his organization. But in the later years started ignoring these messages. He has been doing well in expanding his business. It taught me a lesson that as a CEO, one need to check these changes in behavior as your success might just make you become dumb and deaf towards these voices.
