I don't think this is the correct interpretation. It is not so simple that only if the entrpreneours can sell the fake idea to team members, they get all the power to create it.

An entrepreneur's belief is paramount, but that is not the only success criteria of their product. It is putting all the entrpreneu's success and failure on their product development's team perormance, which is bizarre according to me.
