Interesting topic, I am also kind of confused about this question To get VC or Not :-)

As a solopreneur, at least my first priority is to create a product that is useful to customers. Whether I get VC or not to retain bigger chunk of my company shares seems secondary to me.

I told you I am very confused on this topic, so pardon me if my thoughts seems convoluted to you :-)
