This is a bizarre argument. If the managers are predictable with years of experience around them, how about the team members, who are just learning by doing. Also it is not so easy to capture the data (aka experience) inside a manager's mind.

We know AI is replacing jobs for everyone, but definitely I don't see it skewed specially for managers.
